Mollie Engelhart is the founder of Sage Regenerative Kitchen in Los Angeles and co-creator of Sovereignty Ranch, a 200-acre regenerative farm in the Texas Hill Country that she runs with her husband, Elias. A leader in the regenerative agriculture movement, Mollie speaks passionately about the connections between soil, food, health, family, and culture.

When the pandemic and state policies forced the closure of her thriving restaurants, Mollie’s voice grew even stronger. She became a bold advocate for health freedom, natural birth, breastfeeding, regenerative agriculture, community, and humanity’s sacred partnership with God. A mother of four, film producer, author, poet, and farmer, Mollie brings both lived wisdom and visionary leadership to the conversation.
